Capsicum annuum
Family: solanaceae
This is one of many Landrace cultivars from the Espanola area in Northern New Mexico. They grow to 24'' and make a ton of tasty red chiles. Used for the popular Red chile sauces of New Mexico cuisine. We enjoyed growing this wild natured cultivar. Looking forward to them again this year.
