Possibly the most popular garden salad green of our time. Arugula AKA Roquette or Rocket-- finds its way into almost every commercial salad mix. Known for its delicate texture as a baby cut green with a unique flavor. This vigorous hardy annual is a proven aphrodisiac as well. Can't downplay that virtue. It's a lovely nutritious stimulant. The seeds are used to make culinary oil in India and Pakistan. All types have specific qualities and special virtues.
