Heirloom AKA flashyTrout Back. ''Forelly'' as we call it produces beautifully here in Boulder County. Due to its buttery texture, it really belongs in the ButterCos class. But it heads so nicely so we keep it with the Romaines. Great tasting. Worth growing.
