Phaseolus vulgaris
Black Hokaido was chosen from dozens of varieties in our trials for its productivity and its interesting nutty flavor when eaten fresh. Interestingly they are used for making a purple tofu. Prolific, bushy and grow three feet in height. Limited supply.
