Clarkia unguiculata
Sow the seeds and enjoy Mountain Garland's 'farewell to spring' as it shares the wonderful colors of its celebratory flowers blooming into the early summer for the eyes to feast on!
The Clarkia is an unusual garden wildflower. The striking Primrose relative blooms with multicolored shades of pink, purple, and red, borne on branching 24-inch plants. Mountain Garland expresses a broad diversity of celebratory colors that clarify its virtues as a "farewell to spring." Plants do best direct seeded in early spring. Very little thinning is necessary as root disturbance may hinder plant health.
