Corn - Concha White Posole

Concha White Posole Corn came to us from a friend and seed cohort Jared Haygood from Lineage Seeds in Northern New Mexico. The Four corners denizen has been grown by a handful of local farmers for several generations. After trialing many starch corns in search a high quality white tortilla variety, we think we found one in Concha. It performs very well under our Front Range skies on Front Range soils and it makes very good Masa Blanca Tortillas. Plants reach 8' and mature in less than 90 days.
