Eruca sativa x diplotaxis
Surrey is a finer more delicate leaved variety than Astro and Roquette. Surrey can be a bit milder as well. Regardless, it delivers a similar flavor and performance to other kin varieties. This original cross between Eruca sativa and the wild species E. diplotaxis performs wonderfully here in the front range. Nicely textured and fine tasting make Surrey a great choice for any arugula lover.
